School leaders all want to optimize student success in school and life. This requires creating a school culture and climate that is inspiring, challenging, supportive, safe and healthy, engaging, respectful, and comprised of communities of learners. When your schools develop these features and continuously promote children’s social-emotional and character development, students are more likely to be successful. Session participants will learn the policies and procedures needed to create a school of character in which all students will be highly motivated to learn and all staff highly motivated to work.
